proof.™ is a wellness support application for eating disorder recovery, operated by Proof Health Technologies LLC. proof. is not a medical service, therapy platform, or crisis service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use proof.. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use proof. and that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using proof., you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or use proof. in any way that could harm yourself or others.

You own the content you create in proof.. By using the app, you grant proof. a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof Health Technologies LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. proof. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of proof. after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
